Hello and welcome!

Thank you for visiting our new website.

I am very proud to be the principal of École Gabrielle-Roy, a non denominational Francophone school offering quality education from kindergarten to grade 6. 

Our team of dedicated teachers, teachers’ assistants and specialists is dynamic and professional. Their work is based on building strong relationships with students and fostering open and positive communication with their parents.

Our focus is equal access to education. To succeed, we offer programs and services developed to meet the educational needs of our students: ESL, francization, literacy, learning centre, full day kindergarten, École Enfantine preschool and a before and after school program.

Since its opening in 1997, our school always excelled on different levels, in overall satisfactory scholastic standard and sport performance with our Grizzlis. The students can be involved in a series of curricular and extracurricular activities including: integration activities at the beginning of the school year, Génies en herbe, grade 6 activity day, Adrien-Bouchard's day, thematic days, spring and winter concerts, choir and many more. 

Our location is well suited to provide a great learning experience to our students: library, computer lab, arts room, music room, outdoor playground, soccer field, basketball court and sciences lab.

You can expect to find a welcoming and a multicultural atmosphere within our walls. École Gabrielle-Roy is a school where we share positively our values and our different cultures.
